Terms and Conditions - Subscription & Delivery Service

1. Subscription Overview
 By subscribing to the Henrys Gisborne Citrus subscription service, you agree to receive regular deliveries of fresh oranges and mandarins directly from our orchard on a fortnightly basis. You can choose between receiving 5kg or 10kg of fresh citrus fruit in each delivery.

2. Subscription Options & Frequency

• 5kg Delivery: 5kg of fresh oranges and mandarins delivered every two weeks for $35.

• 10kg Delivery: 10kg of fresh oranges and mandarins delivered every two weeks for $45.
   You will receive your selected quantity of citrus every other week, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh fruit.

3. Pricing & Payment

• 5kg Subscription: $35 per delivery, with free delivery.

• 10kg Subscription: $45 per delivery, with free delivery.

• Payments for subscriptions will be processed at the time of purchase and we will be in touch to set up the Direct Debit to be charged on a recurring fortnightly basis.

• You will receive an email notification prior to each payment being processed.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• All orders are packed and shipped directly from our orchard to your designated delivery address.

• We strive to ensure that all deliveries arrive as fresh as possible. Orders are typically shipped on Tuesdays and should arrive within the following days depending on your location.

• Free delivery is included with both the 5kg and 10kg subscription options.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support team.

• Cancellations or changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
