To subscribe to our citrus delivery service, you may be required to create an account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
Subscription & Delivery Service
Subscription Overview
By subscribing to the Henrys Gisborne Citrus subscription service, you agree to receive regular deliveries of fresh oranges and mandarins directly from our orchard on a fortnightly basis. You can choose between receiving 5kg or 10kg of fresh citrus fruit in each delivery.
Subscription Options & Frequency
5kg Delivery: 5kg of fresh oranges and mandarins delivered every two weeks for $35.
10kg Delivery: 10kg of fresh oranges and mandarins delivered every two weeks for $45.
You will receive your selected quantity of citrus every other week, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh fruit.
Pricing & Payment
5kg Subscription: $35 per delivery, with free delivery.
10kg Subscription: $45 per delivery, with free delivery.
Payments for subscriptions will be processed at the time of purchase and charged on a recurring fortnightly basis, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped directly from our orchard to your designated delivery address within New Zealand. We strive to ensure that all deliveries arrive as fresh as possible.
Orders are typically shipped on Tuesdays and should arrive within the following days depending on your location, with delivery estimates of up to 2-5 business days.
Free Delivery is included with both the 5kg and 10kg subscription options.
While we aim to deliver fresh citrus to the best of our ability, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, courier delays, or other logistical challenges.
Delivery addresses must be within New Zealand. We do not deliver to international locations.
Cancellations & Modifications
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us.
Cancellations or changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
If you choose to cancel your subscription after the next payment has been processed but before your next delivery is shipped, a partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
Product Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee
Our citrus fruits are carefully selected and packed to ensure the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or subpar fruit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any issues to process claims.
The freshness and quality of citrus may vary depending on seasonality and environmental factors. If any delivery falls short of our usual quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Force Majeure
Henrys Gisborne Citrus is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver resulting from events outside of our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or disruptions in our supply chain. In the event of a significant disruption, we will notify customers and provide options for rescheduling or refunding orders.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or issues that result from incorrect or incomplete address details. If there are issues with delivery due to address errors, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website. By continuing your subscription after such changes, you agree to abide by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
